Refunds & Cancellation Policy

American Laser Eye Hospitals aims to provide the best possible care and service to our patients. However, we understand that there may be situations where refunds or cancellations are required.

Please read our policy carefully:
 

1. Appointment Cancellations:

   • Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
      

2. Treatment Cancellations:

   • If a treatment or procedure is canceled due to medical reasons or at the doctor’s recommendation, patients may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the treatment stage and costs incurred.
      

3. Refunds:

   • Refunds are processed based on the circumstances of the cancellation. Refunds for payments made via credit/debit cards or online banking will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.
      

4. Non-Refundable Items:

   • Consultation fees, diagnostic tests, and other non-tangible services are non-refundable once provided.
      

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation:
